I was told to pay for 1 month (£45) and they would cancel the rest. After numerous failed attempts to contact on the phone I then had to go down in person, even though I still had health concerns. The gym then closed for lockdown and not only was my membership not terminated (I had given written notification 3 weeks prior) but I was sent a bill for £270 for the time the gym wasn't even open.

I was told this was not possible and to wait a month and was still allowed full access to the club even with that information.

Prior to the beginning of the first lockdown I contacted the gym to terminate my membership as I had shown symptoms and was self isolating for the rest of the month.

The worst gym I have ever been a member of, unhygienic, unprofessional and more interested in money than the safety of it's guests.
